I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from East West College here in Portland, OR where I studied Tui Na, Structural Bodywork, Cranio-Sacral therapy, and Swedish Massage. The passion for my practice comes from the gratitude and admiration I feel for all the passionate teachers throughout my lifetime who have allowed me an opportunity to learn, including all of my clients.  Drawing from a combination of massage styles, client feedback, and my intuition, I strive to understand and support each client's personal healing pattern. My favorite bodywork style feels deep, connected, gentle, and holistic, leaving a person more aware of themselves in their body.
